Established in 1925, the Beaumont Community Players are an historic local theater company offering an array of high-quality musicals, comedies, dramas, and works for children. A self-described "family affair," the Players have many generations of parents, children and grandparents assisting in all aspects of such productions as "The Cherry Orchard," "Guys and Dolls," and "Grease." The company resides in a former elementary school building in the Tyrell Park area, five miles southwest of downtown, next to Henry Homberg Golf Course.
